1. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal, an online payment center with over 30 million account members worldwide.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

2. I ordered my shirt today, when will I get it?
All orders are processed once payment has been verified. If paying through PayPal, orders generally take 24-48 hours to ship. If paying with money order, official check, or personal check, orders will not be processed until the funds have cleared the account. Generally that may take 5 business days, but could be longer.

As for shipping, all packages will be shipped UPS ground. Order's will have a tracking number sent to the email address on file. For order's that need to be shipped overnight, or next day delivery please contact us at shipping@dedtees.com.

3. Even though I know I will love the shirt, just in case, what is your return policy?
A. Understandably some shirts may not fit or the color wasn't what you expected. We understand that, so Ded Tee's return policy is 10 days from when your order arrives at the shipping address. If you will be returning the shirt(s) we ask that you please email us at returns@dedtees.com so that we can get your credit ready or have an official check mailed out to you once we receive the merchandise in original condition.

5. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the US yet. However, if you send an email to us, we may be able to arrange it. Send the email to shipping@dedtees.com.

6. Do you have any brick and mortar stores?
A. At this time we do not. However, if you would like to carry the Ded Tee brand in your store, please email us at retail@dedtees.com.

7. Do you have special pricing for bigger orders?
A. This depends on how big the order is. For very large orders, such as retail stores, we do have special pricing. If this interests you, please contact us at retail@dedtees.com.

8. I see your catalogue is coming soon, how can I be a model?
